• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
• Catnip (Nepeta cataria)
• Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
• Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus)
• Schisandra Berries (Schisandra chinensis)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature!
