Summer Solstice tea is a bright, celebratory blend that perfectly captures the peak warmth and vitality of the summer season. Enjoy this delightful, cooling tea over ice to embody the joy of the longest day of the year or to bring the feeling of golden summer to any moment.
• Calendula (Calendula officinalis)
• Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)
• Elderflowers (Flores sambucus)
• Strawberry Leaves (Fragaria vesca)
• Chamomile (Chamomilla matricaria)
• Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature!
This vibrant infusion features the deep ruby colour and tartness of hibiscus, balanced with sunny calendula. The blend is grounded by gentle strawberry leaves, a touch of soothing chamomile, and the cooling essence of spearmint.
