Bones of the Earth is a potent, nourishing blend crafted to support and revitalise your skeletal system. Savour a cup of this herbaceous blend to fortify your body’s foundation and embrace your strength from the inside out.
• Stinging Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica)
• Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
• Horsetail (Equisetum arvense)
• Oat straw (Avena sativa)
• Calendula (Calendula officinalis)
• Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature! You can drink this tea multiple times a day.
