Dream Time is a deeply relaxing and gentle blend expertly formulated to soothe the mind and guide you toward restful sleep. Savour a warm cup before bed to quiet restless thoughts, embrace tranquillity, and welcome a night of deep, restorative sleep.
• Catnip (Nepeta cataria)
• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
• Hops (Humulus lupulus)
• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
• Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)
• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature! Do not drink if you decide to use heavy machinery (e.g., driving). Will cause drowsiness.
This tranquil infusion features a comforting medley of calming herbs, including hops, skullcap, and fragrant lavender, all known for their ability to quiet the nervous system. The blend is rounded out with peaceful catnip, sweet lemon balm, and familiar chamomile to ease tension.
