Product Description
Serenity Support is a calming blend crafted to help support your body’s immune stress from seasonal allergies, hay fever, and sometimes even hives. Enjoy a cup to feel a greater sense of serenity and comfort during challenging times.

• Elderflower (Sambucus nigra)
• Rosehips (Rosa canina)
• Red Clover (Trifolium pratense)
• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature! Drink whenever you feel your allergies coming on or start to experience hay fever. Make sure to take in a deep breath of the tea’s steam while drinking so you breathe in those volatile oils!
This soothing infusion features echinacea root, a well-known immune-supportive herb, along with stinging nettle leaf, which is traditionally used to help the body respond to seasonal irritants.
