Queen’s Recovery is a deeply restorative and tender blend dedicated to nourishing a woman during her postpartum healing or recovery from minor reproductive surgeries.
• Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)
• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
• Stinging Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica)
• Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
• Rose petals (Rosa spp.)
• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature!
