• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
• Rose Petals (Rosa spp.)
• Oat Straw (Avena sativa)
• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature! Drink whenever your mood gets low.
