• Rose Petals (Rosa spp.)
• Cornsilk (Zea mays)
• Calendula (Calendula officinalis)
• Hawthorn Berries (Crataegus officinalis)
• Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature! Drink whenever you need to be warmed up during a cold autumn day.
