4. Refund and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

If you are unsatisfied with a product due to issues with flavour, taste, or early expiration, you may request an exchange for a different product of equal value within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Denial

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions apply:

• The request must be made within the 5-day window.
• If half or more of the product has been used, consumed, or is missing, the exchange or refund request will be denied.
• Refunds or exchanges are not granted for failure to read the ingredients list or for ignoring the liability waiver in the Important Disclaimer (Section 1).

Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within the 5-day period. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original product and receiving the exchanged item.
