Tides of Tranquillity is a gentle, flavourful blend specifically formulated to help support healthy blood pressure levels and promote a sense of calm.
• Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus monogyna)
• Hawthorn Leaf (Crataegus monogyna)
• Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia)
• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
• Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
• Hibiscus (Hibiscus rose-sinensis)
• Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)
• Orange flowers (Aurantii dulcis)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature!
This heart-centered infusion features the powerful combination of hawthorn berry and hawthorn leaf, traditionally used to nurture cardiovascular wellness.
