• Elderberries (Sambucus nigra)
• Ginger (Zingiber officinale)
• Red Clover (Trifolium pratense)
• Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus)
• Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
• Elecampane (Inula helenium)
• Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
Infuse in hot water for 10-15 minutes (covered to keep in the volatile oils), and enjoy when it has cooled down to a drinkable temperature!
This warming infusion features ginger and thyme to provide soothing warmth, while elderberries bolster the immune system. Gentle mullein leaves and elecampane traditionally support the lungs, and red clover and refreshing peppermint round out the blend.
